I visit this place every time I get an opportunity. This is probably one of the best smoked meat houses you'll ever find. If you get a chance it is located just outside of Saint Joe on the southside about 5 miles down on hey 65. The smoked bacon is absolutely fabulous And the smoked hams are delicious. The one the only and always the best. Coursey’s is not fancy, they sell bacon, turkey, ham, Cheddar, Swiss, and summer sausage. It’s all incredible. They have everything you need for the best sandwich on the river except bread and they close at 3:30 so get there and get some smoky goodness before you kit the river.

This is a no nonsense place to buy smoked meats. They have smoked hams, turkeys, and bacon. Plus they have smoked cheddar and Swiss cheeses. They also have some snack bags of meat and cheese, plus jams, jellies, and a few other treasures. The meat and the cheese are the best! We drove 3 hours to get the smoked meats for our Thanksgiving dinner. Plus we stock our freezer until the spring because they are closed in the winter.
