“Just wanted to thank the staff. I was there at the end of August for lunch with my mom when I got the call from my vet that I would have to put my cat down. “Ordered takeout for my boys and I. I had the general tso chicken. They had orange chicken and sesame chicken. We all thought it was good enough to finish and try again another time. The white rice was cooked well. The boys had lo mein which didn’t look appealing but they ate it.”

“This Mexican restaurant has been located here for years and one is most always able to get a seat and be served quickly. Maybe not most always, maybe always. Lots of room here and a huge bar area. Wonder if they still have a band playing on one night a week?? Oops, I digress.
Today I tried this wonderful entree which was three to a plate birrias tacos loaded with a delicious brisket steak, melted white cheese, and onions. Served with a sauce that matches any good chef’s stock I’ve ever had. I asked the server what it was when I saw it on the menu and he said, “Very good.” So I ordered it.
If you’re wondering what a birria is, I looked it up.
“Modern birria is typically made with beef -- it has a rich, familiar taste that blends perfectly with the traditional flavors of the spicy, umami-forward adobo and consomé. Beef also softens wonderfully when you slow cook it, and it shreds nicely, making it ideal for use in tacos.”

“The food bar just wasn't hot. Most of the food was just warm or barely some of the food was barely on the bar. Double cooked pork was mostly cabbage and sauce and very little meat. Very disappointed and after our 3 pm arrival they just basically abandoned tending to the food bar. We were looking forward to a great meal but were disappointed”
