such good food, well except I don't like the curly fries
Terrible. When I order something, I expect to receive what I ordered. Not a substitution. If you don’t have what I’m ordering then inform me of that when I’m ordering. I will not return. I do not spend my money at businesses who do not cater to the customer.
I don't know how many times I've went to your location and ordered something and when I got my food it was completely wrong. I feel like your employees aren't even trying to put in effort. I'll never understand how in this day and age of technology people can still get an order wrong that's presented right in front if them on a screen. Your job is not hard , do it correctly.
