Our waitress was rude, service terrible, food not so great and was cold when it arrived. It use to be one of my favorite places to eat.
We had the worst waitress, you can tell she literally hates her job. Ended up getting ours to go because we could not wait any longer. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Cindy (waitress) take a course in customer service.
Worst experience ever. Our “waitress” (Cindy) had no customer service skills. She acted like we were such a burden every time we asked for something. We were there for a total of 2 1/2 hours because the service was so bad. Not once did she apologize for the long wait, being short staffed, etc. The food was cold by the time we got it and I don’t think it would have been good even if it was fresh. NEVER AGAIN.
