I love Onyx Nail Bar! They're always super nice and they do such a great job on my nails. I also love their rewards program, giving me another good reason to choose Onyx over all the other places in Siloam. Every time I've made am appointment, they get me right in. I would recommend making an appointment if you think you'll be on a time crunch bc they're usually pretty busy when I've gone without an appointment. Wow! I'm from NYC and this is the BEST nail salon I've ever been to. I wish I lived closer. First, the staff is friendly and punctual. I had an appointment and they called me ahead of time to tell me they were running late and asked if I could come in 15 minutes later. I really appreciated that: most nail salons would have had me just come in and sit. Second, it's impeccably clean. Wish I can give zero star instead. Iām not sure why I keep trying with this salon, perhaps because they close at 8. Went in at 6:30 today for a dip set, was told they donāt have time. Didnāt offer an appointment for another time, or to come back. Just said āwe donāt have time for dip setā. Donāt waste your time going here, unprofessional and rude.
