I find myself having to add information about my order that should have been asked and not assumed. If I order a number 1 there should be a follow up question to see if I would like a single, double or triple meat. Apparently it's mostly assumed as a single. And I'm not going to be specific, but there is 1 drive through employee that I'm not sure knows how to refill the chocolate frosty machine. Pretty nice Wendy's.
Stopped in at 9pm on our way through to Oklahoma. We went through the drive through. The menu lights were not on so we asked about what we thought we wanted. I ordered a single with extra pickles and no onions. My husband ordered a 4 piece chicken tender. No drinks or fried. $14 plus chance. Wee wondered why so much for our order but we were tired so we paid. We were told to pull up and wait for our order. We got the 4 piece chicken and a double bacon with NO pickles....read full review
