“I absolutely love the Dairy Queen other than the fact Dairy Queen got rid of their french fries mushrooms, and they should be ashamed of themselves. They do kind of take a while to get an order done, but you know they are cooking it fresh I love their ice cream. I love their blizzards and tonight when I went to pick up a DoorDash order there with these girls and they’re having a great time in their cutest little sundresses. They went all the way to Siloam Springs to visit a friend that they haven’t seen in a while. They were from Fayetteville.“

“There was one really rude lady at the window that upset me and my mom. She got irritated with my mom cause my mom couldn't understand what the lady was asking over the intercom but other than her, everyone else is wonderful and nice. The food is always good too.“

“I find myself having to add information about my order that should have been asked and not assumed. If I order a number 1 there should be a follow up question to see if I would like a single, double or triple meat. Apparently it's mostly assumed as a single. And I'm not going to be specific, but there is 1 drive through employee that I'm not sure knows how to refill the chocolate frosty machine. It comes pre-mixed so there isn't a special process to it, but every time that person works the drive through and I order a chocolate frosty 2 things happen 1. I get rung up and charged 2. I pull up to the window and get told the machine is broken. So I pay for a frosty that I never receive.“

“We love JJ at work and order at least once a week. The sandwiches have fresh ingredients and the bread is so good too! I don’t understand why in the world every time we order we always ask for all sandwiches to be cut in half but every time we have one sandwich that gets missed. It’s turning into a running joke now. I had a decent size order, but she concisely and professionally read back everything I ordered in great detail. EXCELLENT! I met Luke at the window where he greeted me happily and professionally, and again, he read off my order to me in great detail in an effort to confirm accuracy. Luke took my payment immediately and seamlessly, then handed me my drinks. He quickly informed me that my order was being carefully prepared, and if I didn’t mind, to please pull into parking slot 1 to have my order brought out to me. GREAT, no issue! I waited a mere 3 minutes, and was then greeted by Maggie with a bag full of hot, delicious smelling food! Maggie, again, read off my order in precise detail, then carefully handed me the bag. She told me to enjoy and have a great evening. AWESOME!! My experience at the Zaxbys Siloam Springs, AR store was FANTASTIC!
