“Today was the first time we have been inside this location, usually we do drive thru. What a pretty restaurant! They had ample staff available. All were kind and helpful. The dining area was large and spacious. Compared to many other fast food places in the area this by far was cleaner and had nicer decor. I love all the art and local memorabilia on the walls. “Idk what Ruby put in those fries, but they are just better than any other fries I ever had. The overall food quality in general has just skyrocketed since Ruby started working here. “Drove some ways to try this place and honestly, so glad we did. The guys in the truck were kind and quick. They give you a pager so you can hang out and they page you when it's ready. You can get the meals pictured below with rice or noodles. The Chicken Hibachi was flavorful, but the chicken was honestly kind of hard and over cooked, which kinda killed it for me. The Steak and Chicken Hibachi was flavorful as well, but the steak made a huge difference. It was SO good. Seasoned well and cooked to your liking. The Crab Rangoons and Egg Rolls were good, nothing crazy and as expected. Overall a good experience. Would definitely come back and try more steak items :)“
“We ate at patrick's for the first time today. Hands down, one of the best cheeseburgers in NWA! The food was delicious. Burgers were cooked perfectly and were good sized. Onion rings were crispy and hot. The employees were very friendly and the inside of the restaurant is neat, decorated cool and kitschy. The prices were very reasonable too. “Too many screaming kids so don't eat , here if you want a peaceful breakfast. The food was okay slightly cold on the egg the biscuit could have used more butter you couldn't ask for butter that would have been nice but it wasn't an option only three options for breakfast sauces for grape jelly strawberry jelly and honey aside from those things breakfast was okay I did not drink coffee I cannot speak to its quality the store was fairly clean there were some bits and pieces on the floor but that could have very easily happen at any time so overall I think four stars is probably a little bit higher than it should be but there's not an option for three and a half soDietary restrictions: They do have a gluten-free option for lunch it is a gluten-free bun stored in a separate separate wrapping but please keep in mind that gluten other items within the grilling area are not gluten free and there is the potential for some sort of cross-contamination from the flower and better for the rest of the chicken on to the potential and requested that gluten-free bun“
“We always wait a few weeks after a restaurant opens to visit. We have been several times and have always had great service and food. My husband isn't a fan of their coffee but that's just a personal preference. Food has always been great and timely. We usually eat in but have done the drive thru. Highly recommend“

“I absolutely love Firehouse and most of their locations, and this specific one is THE flagship store in all of Northwest Arkansas. All of the staff are efficient, friendly, and can make a damn good sub. It's very rare when they make mistakes on my orders, but they fix them extremely quickly when I point them out. They knock it out of the park compared to every other location I've been to.“

“While not my favorite location (Siloam Springs would be the winner there) i’m not sure what it takes to make a run-of-the-mill burger, joint, my favorite… I think it has to do with the color orange… but either way the food at Whataburger is outstanding! “Ordered through the app. Waited in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window they told me I canceled my order. I showed them that I was still on the same screen as when I placed the order and had the receipt. The manager said “You canceled your order”. Then he acted like he wasn’t gonna do anything. I refused to leave because I already paid and had the receipt. I told him “it’s on your side” he responded with “we can’t cancel the order on our side, but I’ll make it for you anyway”. “Restaurant quality food at a fast food restaurant. We haven't had anything at this location that was of poor quality. It is our go to fast food restaurant on Joyce. It's never busy and I don't know why. Their shakes are delicious and creamy. Their fries are always crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. The turnovers are to die for. If you haven't tried them you need to! The new Wagu burgers are great. The chicken salad sandwich and the wraps are so good. And their customer service and kindness rivals chick-Fil-a. Everyone in the drive through is always friendly and kind. I don't write reviews for fast food places because well... they are fast food. But this Arbys location in particular hits it out of the park every time.“
“A few weeks ago I would have given a very poor rating to this location due to the experience we had last time we went. We have been going to this Slim Chickens for many years and have always loved their food. It is has always been consistently good, with kind staff and a quiet and calming atmosphere. After the experience we had with the staff that day and after we finished eating I filled out the online survey that their staff uses to improve upon their location and I left my contact info in case a member of their management wanted to reach out for more information. I got a call from their manager on duty that night and I explained the situation in full (the online survey only lets you use so many letters), and she was completely understanding and baffled by what happened. She immediately took corrective action to keep the situation from reoccurring as well as offered compensation to make up for the situation. I didn't rate them immediately several weeks ago because we wanted to see what would come of the survey and I have to say, we were impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and conflict resolution the management has at this location. I truly believe the situation was 1 in a million and we have every intention of visiting this Slims for years to come.“

“Multiple food items were forgotten in our order (twice in the same visit) and then several items were wrong (tomato left on, sour cream forgotten, etc). The potatoes in the potato tacos seemed old--they were very hard and crunchy and cold enough the cheese wouldn't melt on the potato tacos. The staff was great, though, and corrected everything--but this did make the visit way longer than it probably should have been (it took over 30 minutes to finally get the food and another 5 or so for corrections). I'll still come back to this location, but if you're taking your order to go, make sure to check it before you leave!“

“First time at a drive through Sonic outlet. It was cool to park the car and place an order. I was confused in the process honestly but it was easy to figure out. Unlike other drive throughs, you park the car here just like in a parking lot and place your order. I must admit I had limited choices of being a vegetarian. But I enjoyed the experience. I finally ordered onion rings. Once the order was placed and a payment was made. I waited in the car . My order was brought out . Everyone should have this experience once.“

“Zaxby's has always been my number one go-to and my FAVORITE! I live an hour and 30 away, so when I'm in town, this is where I go if I do not go to Mellow. I prefer my chicken wings extra-crispy, and at this location, I've never had any issues with them not doing it right the first time! I recommend trying the 5 piece wing meal with the whimpy wing sauce. It's delicious. I always request extra fry seasoning as well! They have the soda machine here with a very wide variety of flavors in it! Enjoy.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the front, back, or to the side of the building.“
