This is the location closest to me. Sometimes there is a wait, however, if the Terrance the manger is there he always goes ABOVE and beyond to serve. Took my niece and nephew who wanted to eat inside. My niece was excited about the kpop demon hunters cards. He made sure she got her cards and even gave her a set of breakfast cards as well. This location also ALWAYS has the best ice cream of any of the McDonalds locations is NWA. Needless to say, terrance deserves a raise for all the terrible customers he puts up with. In 2026 it’s hard to keep good help at fast food restaurants I would hate to see him go as he is always a friendly, smiling, and kind face. It’s not always perfect, but they are doing their best for such a busy location. I just had an issue this morning and Terrance went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right, as always!!“

“Sandwiches were definitely sizable and overall good. My chipotle cheesesteak lacked flavor. Needed salt and pepper and the chipotle Mayo had no flavor. Just a few tweaks and it would make it worth what we paid.“

“This location should be one of the top locations at Northwest Arkansas. The reason I say this is their breakfast firsthand is always amazing. The hashbrowns are golden brown. They’re never full of oil. The customer service in the morning is phenomenal all smiles, positive attitudes. I’ve been here for dinner more than once and the food is always great and the customer service is always great! I will say breakfast by far is my favorite at this location just because of the people in the morning. Especially this morning… I do not know his name, but he had a sleeveless shirt on, and he was upbeat and fast and so personable and that right there just gives y’all an A+

“I’ve loved Patrick’s for 30 years. I hate that I had a first ever complaint. The kids running the counter and kitchen needed supervision. I ordered the special and the cooks said they didn’t want to make the Bigfoot burger special. I said no worries I’ll take a cheese burger. After an hour wait our table got food and it was all cold and I did get a Bigfoot which looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger. First time ever I didn’t want or could eat the food. Won’t hold this against years of excellence. But it was a bad experience.“

“Ordered a pickup through the uber app. We live in Rogers but for some reason the Uber app sent our order to the Bentonville location. The manager had us tell them what the order was and he got it all fixed up for us nice and quick so we wouldn't have to drive all the way to the Bentonville location. The staff was very friendly and polite.“

“Classic Chick-fil-A experience, which is exactly what you want. Ordered a biscuit, hash browns, and a Sunjoy, and everything came out hot, fresh, and fast. The biscuit was buttery and fluffy, hash browns were crispy little bites of happiness, and the Sunjoy hit that perfect sweet tea lemonade balance.

Polynesian sauce is still the best in the game, and I can confirm it is SpongeBob approved.

Service was quick and the employees were super polite, as usual. They keep things moving without making you feel rushed, which I appreciate.

For reference, I included my SpongeBob “Patty Pants” toy in the picture for scale. Sadly, it does not come with the meal, which feels like a missed opportunity.

Overall, an easy 5 out of 5. Reliable, tasty, and just a solid stop every time.“

Finally, Einstein Bros Bagels got my order exactly right! It took three tries, but they earned my top 5/5 rating this time. I appreciate that the owner took the time to train the staff properly and address the issues, making sure everything was correct before handing orders to customers. “Staff was absolutely amazing! We placed an online order, admittedly late, around 45 minutes until close. Staff was cheery, happy to see us, everyone greeted us with a smile immediately. Server that was working (I regrettably didn’t get his name) went above and beyond! Kindly offered us quarters while we were looking at the machines. “I should have posted this earlier but life has been a bit hectic. On 12/1 my husband went in for an angiogram and the news wasn’t good. 3 veins were 90% blocked and his coronary artery was 99% blocked. They admitted him and did a 4 way bypass on 12/3. It was either the Friday or Saturday after that he didn’t care for the hospital food and requested Jersey Mike’s. I knew he wouldn’t eat much of it so no harm done and why not? Not to mention, I love Jersey Mike’s as well. The lady making our sandwiches asked what brought me in and when I told her what happened she said our order was taken care of and refused to let me pay for it. How great is that?! So grateful for the kindness that you showed and it will not be forgotten! God Bless!!“

Im not aure who did the mental gymnastics to put this location where it is but navigating the entrance/lot is a chore.

The facility is nice and clean and well lit. The orders always come out hot and fresh and its never a problem to aak for extra sauces. Somw places act like they come out of their check...not Whataburger.“

“today my grandson and I decided to try something different, so he chose this place. it was rather clean and tidy. the lady working the front counter was very informative and polite. our food was good fresh and hot. which always a plus in my book. I know better to try new stuff, but I did anyways. cheesesteaks are always my favorite 🤦‍♀️ not this one. it had way to much cheese and a soggy bun. other than that our meal was awesome! I just don't care for that much thick cheese... 😏 I forgot how expensive Arby's was. was a little caught of Graud by the 23$ for a kids meal and a meal for myself. we did enjoy our visit though! keep up the good work. means alot a person when the restroom and dining area are clean and free of someone else's trash.“

“I wanted protein after my long run but as you can imagine the drive through was very busy. Two lines and it was brunch time on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and took my order pronto as I waited in line in my car. Another person allowed me to pay while waiting. All were wearing masks and were very professional. Some of the stalls show you how much you're paying, but most none of them allow you to add a tip because the screen just goes black with a bunch of writing all over it. Whoever is running this location should get these fixed so their team members can earn more money.

“I stop at Say Si Bon #3201 (Paradies Lagardere) at the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) in Bentonville, AR frequently when traveling for business. The variety and quality of the food and drinks are great for such a small outlet. Checkout is quick, and the service is super friendly.

The Staff deserves huge raises. I have never ever had a bad experience!!! #503 is the place to go for phenomenal service and customer service, plus we all know the Pizza is Top notch 🤘🏼🔥“

“I am originally from Northwest Arkansas. I have recently moved back to Rogers after having lived in NYC for 25 years. I am a mainline Delta Flight Attendant and commute out of XNA to my new base in ATL. I stop at Auntie Anne’s every time I commute—and that’s a lot. I do not like Coke in a bottle so I stop at the XNA location for large fountain sodas—sometimes twice. I love Pretzel Nuggets, too. The employees of this location exemplify the theme of many of my recent conversations—the culture shock I have gotten moving home. They are kind to me. They treat me personably. They are unwavering friendly and professional. Especially Nikki. She and I joke about my preference for fountain sodas. Although it is not their responsibility, they set a tone for my day as I travel to work. I look forward to seeing Nikki and the gang when I go to XNA. I genuinely appreciate this location and your dutifully dedicated employees!!!“
