This is the location closest to me. Sometimes there is a wait, however, if the Terrance the manger is there he always goes ABOVE and beyond to serve. Took my niece and nephew who wanted to eat inside. My niece was excited about the kpop demon hunters cards. He made sure she got her cards and even gave her a set of breakfast cards as well. This location also ALWAYS has the best ice cream of any of the McDonalds locations is NWA. Needless to say, terrance deserves a raise for all the terrible customers he puts up with. In 2026 it’s hard to keep good help at fast food restaurants I would hate to see him go as he is always a friendly, smiling, and kind face. It’s not always perfect, but they are doing their best for such a busy location. I just had an issue this morning and Terrance went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right, as always!!“

Great Size, Quality of the Burger & Presentation was on point. Seeing the Owners help their team during a much busy Lunch was the Stand out the most. “I tried this place for the first time tonight. I am in-love with it. I can’t wait to eat here again. A tad far from home but worth a fun short road trip. MICHAEL went above and beyond in his customer service talents. The food is delicious but his service really made it a 5-star experience. The queso has a homemade flavor and the jalapeño relish is spot-on with the right consistency and hotness and sweet note. I found the atmosphere to be very hip and uplifting and honestly, this place really made my day. Thanks, Smitty’s and thank you, Mr. Michael!“

“I’ve loved Patrick’s for 30 years. I hate that I had a first ever complaint. The kids running the counter and kitchen needed supervision. I ordered the special and the cooks said they didn’t want to make the Bigfoot burger special. I said no worries I’ll take a cheese burger. After an hour wait our table got food and it was all cold and I did get a Bigfoot which looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger. First time ever I didn’t want or could eat the food. Won’t hold this against years of excellence. But it was a bad experience.“

The manager had us tell them what the order was and he got it all fixed up for us nice and quick so we wouldn't have to drive all the way to the Bentonville location. “They dont let you pee at end of concert. They literally blockade the bathroom at the end of concert, with 15 minutes left on venue open time. We paid money to use venue. It’s actually crazy. 5 star concert otherwise, but peeing my pants at the end is a huge damper………“

“To be fair, we drove through and it was the middle of the afternoon… but the wait was about 10-15 minutes. Whatever. That’s fine. Cooked to order. The burger was really good. The fries were obviously cooked in the early part of that 15 minute wait. Cool and squishy and SALTY. I love salt, but this was ruinous levels of Sodium Chloride. I’d go back if I was in the neighborhood, but i wouldn’t cross town for these burgers.“

“Pretty good. I had a weird experience in the drive thru where I tried to order, and then they asked if I was using the mobile app. To which I said no, but then they never asked me to go ahead with my order. I asked if it was okay for me to order and then it was just silent.
I finally went inside and the customer service was great. My order was taken fast and the good was prepped really fast.“

Im not aure who did the mental gymnastics to put this location where it is but navigating the entrance/lot is a chore.

The facility is nice and clean and well lit. The orders always come out hot and fresh and its never a problem to aak for extra sauces. Somw places act like they come out of their check...not Whataburger.“

Solid food, but the customer service keeps me coming back as much as I can. If you want good food with a smile to start your day off right, this should be your go to spot. They deserve the kudos!“
