This is the location closest to me. Sometimes there is a wait, however, if the Terrance the manger is there he always goes ABOVE and beyond to serve. Took my niece and nephew who wanted to eat inside. My niece was excited about the kpop demon hunters cards. He made sure she got her cards and even gave her a set of breakfast cards as well. This location also ALWAYS has the best ice cream of any of the McDonalds locations is NWA. Needless to say, terrance deserves a raise for all the terrible customers he puts up with. In 2026 it’s hard to keep good help at fast food restaurants I would hate to see him go as he is always a friendly, smiling, and kind face. It’s not always perfect, but they are doing their best for such a busy location. I just had an issue this morning and Terrance went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right, as always!!“

“I tried this place for the first time tonight. I am in-love with it. I can’t wait to eat here again. A tad far from home but worth a fun short road trip. MICHAEL went above and beyond in his customer service talents. The food is delicious but his service really made it a 5-star experience. The queso has a homemade flavor and the jalapeño relish is spot-on with the right consistency and hotness and sweet note. “Staff was absolutely amazing! We placed an online order, admittedly late, around 45 minutes until close. Staff was cheery, happy to see us, everyone greeted us with a smile immediately. Server that was working (I regrettably didn’t get his name) went above and beyond! Kindly offered us quarters while we were looking at the machines. “I’ve loved Patrick’s for 30 years. I hate that I had a first ever complaint. The kids running the counter and kitchen needed supervision. I ordered the special and the cooks said they didn’t want to make the Bigfoot burger special. I said no worries I’ll take a cheese burger. After an hour wait our table got food and it was all cold and I did get a Bigfoot which looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger. First time ever I didn’t want or could eat the food. My 4-year-old daughter and I stopped in for lunch, and a young woman named Nevaeh took our order. She seemed fairly new to the position and needed a little assistance from her coworkers here and there, but I have to tell you — she was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely sweet the entire time.

It was the middle of the lunch rush, with a long line of people behind us, and I watched her continue working through everything without letting the pressure of the crowd change the way she treated people. She kept things moving quickly and efficiently, asked for help when she needed it, and was so sweet to my daughter while taking our order. ❤

Near the end of our meal, I happened to notice a man sitting with his coworkers who sincerely told Nevaeh that she was doing a great job. And honestly, I thought that was wonderful to hear — because she really was.

After we finished eating, I went up to her and asked how to spell and say her name because I wanted to complete the guest survey on my receipt. Her manager’s name was listed on the receipt, and I specifically wanted to make sure they knew that we received EXCELLENT service from Nevaeh today.

She said goodbye to us so warmly, and we told her we’d see her next time. And we absolutely will. 🥰
