My husband picked up his order today. When he got home and unpacked his food everything was wrong. I think he was given someone else’s order. He threw it in the trash. We live about 12 miles out and he didn’t feel like going back. I tried calling the restaurant but no answer. What a waste of 30 dollars. Unacceptable way of doing business!

I was rushing to work and always ordered here. This the first time I went to drive thru order at this Panda Express for 3 entree and a side X2 both has chow-mien. When I go to work and has some time to spare, I can't wait to enjoy my food especially my chow-mien. When I open my food and goes for chow-mien there is no noodles. Just cabbage and a few noodle strings like on the photos. I open my husband's container and its the same, mostly veggies. Well he got few more noodle string than me. But still it so less like our carry out contain 1/100 %. So disappoints! :( Make me so mad. Other dishes are still taste good.

Came to pick up an order for Uber eats and the man w salt and pepper hair shook his head at me and told me you see we say closed I couldn't cancel your order. He said he was sending the workers home and in my opinion he could have still given me the order as i was there and willing to take it, everyone was still there, but instead sent me away. Not good business if you ask me.

Picking up an online order and verify that everything was in order specifically for packets of teriyaki sauce and the tall red headed girl was very rude and rolled her eyes at me and told me she had no idea. I would have to ask someone else. And she was very not helpful and seemed like she was in a terrible mood. I recommend smiling and maybe not being in such a bad mood. The food smelled so good. Luckily, panda has a reputation of its own outside of the employee.

Went to this location on 02-04-25 at 3 pm and the old man inside with a gray beard never took my order, he just dissapeared from the counter as soon as he saw me. I had to wait 15 minutes until a young lady arrived and took my order. I am not planning to comeback to this location. I get better treatment at McDonalds or Burger King.

This is how a fast food place should be ran. It was really busy at lunch and the ladies working were smiling and friendly. All the tables that were vacant were clean. The drink area was also clean and well stocked.
Katelynn the manager went above and beyond when I called about a messed-up order. She took my call was very professional and helpful. She deserves a big atta boy. Thank you Katelyn.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Haven't eaten here in a couple years because every time we did, the food would make us have stomach pain, bloating, gas, burps and vomiting. My grandson wanted some Panda so we thought we would give it one more try since it's been a couple years. Ordered orange chicken and fried rice. Same exact thing happened. Stomach pains and bloating kept him up half the night, then vomiting mid morning. He ate late, around 9, 9:30. He's 13 1/2. Does anyone else get sick when they eat here or is it just us? NEVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN!

Portions are EXTREMELY small. Very little entre for the money. I will not ever go back. You have to buy 3 entrees just to go with the rice, in order to make sure you get enough. And THAT'S expensive.
