I placed an order for 100 wings and unfortunately, when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. After confirming that I had already paid and been charged, Antoinette immediately jumped in and got to work on my order. She had everything ready within 15 minutes! We later found out that the system had prompted the restaurant to prepare the order a day early, so it wasn’t an issue with the staff. Very good customer service. Daniel took care of me when I wasn’t able to pick up an order after I had placed it. Definitely recommend getting your wings here !
Antoinette went above and beyond and made my visit a 10/10. Best WING STOP Manager in NWA. She takes care of her people.
