Every single time i come here my order always gets messed up. Its not maybe once in a while its an every time thing. How hard is it to do an order right especially if theres only 2 customers in line… But i guess since the other taco bell in town always gives crusty dried out food if i want taco bell in siloam ill just keep ordering here 👎

Sometimes the food is spot on! Sometimes the food is very overcooked. I love their chicken nuggets but it's hit or miss on if they will be overly cooked. My kiddos like the cheese Quesadilla but we have to ask for it to be extra done so the cheese melts. The manager is always aware of wait times and making sure she address the customers. Staff always seems to be in a good mood.

The filling in the taco is lacking. It's lazy. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Do better. I will not be going here anymore.

Charging a dollar extra for this amount of chicken is diabolical. Where's the cheese? There's barely any cheese sauce on there. If i wanted just tortilla, i would've gone to walmart. Bought 4. All 4 looked like this

Took way too long to make a 6 item order. Nearly 18 minutes in an empty driver through line. All of the burritos are loose as if they weren’t rolled at all. No fork was included, the whole point of eating out was not to have to do dishes. Specifically added sour cream to everything and there was no sour cream on 2 of my items. The drink was no filled all the way up, literally watched the drive through girl poor some out. When you pay this much money for food, a little bit of effort is expected. I understand not everyone is perfect but if I have this many issues on one single order I can only imagine how many issues this location produces.

The manager is so awesome 100/100 she was the best towards myself and my toddler Im frustrated I can’t remember her name but she is absolutely the best my daughter wants her as our friend!!! I couldn’t be more impressed!! When I see her again I’ll be posting again with her name she was great both times we have seen her this week!!! I can’t keep expressing how awesome she was!!

The food is always stale the food tastes like it's been sitting way past what it's supposed to be do not eat here unless you want to leave upset or just end up throwing your food away and not be able to eat

My family and I really enjoy eating here whether it be eating inside or going through the drive thru. There are great employees that I've encountered, but not like Zack. He is over the top with customer service skills. He is an excellent and exemplary example of what customer service should always look like. I've had some issues with our orders not being right but have always got it corrected. The people working here are humans so it's not perfect . Please be patient if they mess up. I give them 5 stars for their hard work and especially Zack for being a kind and extraordinary employee. God bless you Zack and all TB employees.
