I usually have no trouble getting good food here, but there’s a female manager there tonight that was quite rude. Rude to me. I got my junior bacon cheeseburger. The bun was hard. It didn’t have the regular lettuce on it. It had shredded lettuce. It was very disappointing and then the fact that she was rude was even more disappointing so I will only be coming back there now for chili and I wouldn’t be going back there at all if it wasn’t for I like Wendy’s chilling. It’s the only Wendy’s near me.

Have gotten breakfast here MULTIPLE TIMES at 7:15/7:20. Went this morning 10/24 and was told they don’t open until 8… ummm?? Google says you are open and I’ve gotten breakfasts here before. Not to mention she was kinda rude about it.

Shorted order, seems to be more and more frequent. You call amd asked to speak to Mngmnt and its a kid. Not saying some kids dont make good management bit most do not.

WORST costumer service! Ordered food through door dash but food was picked up by someone else so when attempting to call to get info, Steven the “supposed manager” was so cocky and rude over the phone! Will be calling corporate.

I tried the new chocolate cold brew it was pretty delicious I love coffee so I had to try it! It's so nice inside and the staff is so friendly it was a good visit!!
Was going to get a meal with a baked potato, it is the only side I can have ..they said they were out so I said that was gonna go ahead and pass on getting food...the lady yelled to the back that we got mad and stormed out while I was still standing there.... Then started going on about God.i don't care to hear about your religious bs when I just wanted to buy some food......wasn't mad at all but way to lose a customer......don't lie about me especially while I'm still there...now I'm mad.....it's hard enough to go out with my allergies without people poking at it with a stick....
