Was going to get a meal with a baked potato, it is the only side I can have ..they said they were out so I said that was gonna go ahead and pass on getting food...the lady yelled to the back that we got mad and stormed out while I was still standing there.... Then started going on about God.i don't care to hear about your religious bs when I just wanted to buy some food......wasn't mad at all but way to lose a customer......don't lie about me especially while I'm still there...now I'm mad.....it's hard enough to go out with my allergies without people poking at it with a stick....
Bad service did not take bills bigger then 50 to 100
Ordered chocolate caramel frosty and received vanilla caramel frosty their reason they said is chocolate machine keeps freezing up this is not the first time they have messed our order

I got a breakfast baconator. I requestwd a change of bread cause the regular bun they use for the breakfast baconator just doesnt taste like breakfast to me. They changed it without a fuss and it was yummy

I don't know what has happened but by far has become the worse Wendys in Northwest Arkansas. Fries are never cooked all the way and the container is never close to being full, order a baconnator and you will be lucky to get 1 piece of bacon on the damn sandwich. Food is always cold and i hate to say it but definitely won't be back until something changes. This restaurant use to be my favorite and something happen almost a year ago and this place is a joke. Never been more dissatisfied in my life

Just saying, The GM plays favorites towards a single employee, allows him to do nothing but stand around and defy direct order from all management and employees (which that i can see), kid is allowed to stand around and do nothing, take as many breaks as he wants, sit down at any given time and act like he doesn't know what hes doing, but he has "experience" and then says they need ppl but doesn't wanna give the necessary hours to keep those said ppl and wants to give them 1, 2 hours as "work" and expects big families to thrive off 200 dollars and that's it. The disrespect is ridiculous

I don't know what has happened with wendy's. The customer service, food quality and store cleanliness has significantly declined. To about a zero. I will not waste another dime of my money, or second of my time at wendy's again. What a shame, as it used to be my favorite fast food place to eat.

They entered our order wrong, I didn’t get the food I wanted, and they refused to refund our money. DON’T eat here, terrible service, and the one item I did get was cold.
