Jason was a very humble, kind and customer friendly associate who engaged us customers with the utmost respect and attentiveness. However, the workers in the back did not produce that same professional vigor, as the quality burger I expected and have experienced in other locations feel drastically to the way side.
It was as though they took their coldest lettuce and tomatoes/ condiments and put it on what was suppose to be a hot and juicy triple burger with melted cheese on it.
But to my dismay, when I bit into it, it was even less appealing than I could ever imagine, on the bland side, meat cold along the burgers' perimeters and would make you consider fast food chains you otherwise would avoid just to get a better burger.
For the cost at this location, maybe a 5th of that would've made the financial blow more worth it for the whole meal. The best part of that food experience was the soda, which mind you, I usually never drink either! If you want to experience great tasting food, don't go to this location. Go to another one. I have no pics but their brand paper bag and the trash. You put that together.
P.s. If you need to use the toilet, DON'T!!! They need better maintenance with a manager qualified to keep the environment clean and presentable.

Food is fine, but even when there's hardly anyone else here, it takes them AGES to prepare basic orders. I've been the only one in the drive thru and still sat waiting for a single burger and fries for 20+ minutes.

I have been going to whataburger for years. I’ve worked there for 2 years. It seems to me like old co workers still don’t like me, to the point they give me a patty that they KNOW was unacceptable, gave me it anyway. Secondly, I had hair in my food, on the cheese and on the bread. Whoever made my food deserves to either be fired or severely talked to. It’s very unacceptable to be acting like such a childish person, after all this time I’ve been away from whataburger. Shame on you.

The reserved parking for online food pickup is a huge turn off for walk in customers.

Upon arriving at location #1266 on 8/30/25 at 1:22 PM, we were not greeted. When I attempted to place an order with Kaitlynn P., the interaction was disappointing and reflected very poor customer service.
I ordered a #1 with no cheese, no tomato, and grilled onions—a request I’ve made many times at other locations without issue. Instead of confirming the order, Kaitlynn (without making eye contact) responded, “you want nothing,” in a tone that came across as irritated and dismissive. When I repeated my order, she simply said, “what else,” with the same attitude. At that point, frustrated, I grabbed my cup and walked away.
My husband and two children then placed their orders with Kaitlynn and did not encounter the same treatment, which makes me hopeful this was not her approach with all customers.
When our food was delayed, my husband went to check on it after about 10 minutes. Kaitlynn stated it was “just coming up” but then immediately walked past him to bring it to our table. Unfortunately, the food did not appear fresh, which made the explanation seem inconsistent.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at your brand. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, as we usually enjoy dining at your restaurants.

Worst location ever!!
If you want fast food don’t come here! They don’t know any concept of fast food. How does it take 35 minutes in line to get two taquitos?

My wife made a order and was to tired to pick it up. I came in the day after and Mitchell was more than helpful with allowing me to still claim the food. Absolutely amazing costumer service.! Thank you guys so so much.!

We went to Whataburger specifically because we heard about a King of the Hill promotion. Unfortunately, there was not much there to get hyped about, however I know that is a corporate issue and not the individual store. Still, it felt like a little bit of a letdown.
The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, including the drink area. The staff were really friendly, quick to take our order, and really nice when they brought the order to us.
Our order was correct and the food was delicious. Even though there wasn't much there showing King of the HIll, my daughter still got a big kick out of it and we took pictures by the poster with our Hank Hill burger!
