The food is good and the workers are nice. 3 stars because of the prices. As much as it cost us, we could've gone to a nice restaurant. Definitely the most expensive fast food.

We placed a mobile order, went through the DT, and they gave us the wrong order. We sat there for a few minutes so we can get it corrected, but it was clear no one was coming back for us. So we park and go inside. The manager told us to place the mobile order that they had given us (which, again, has been in our car and handled by us) back on the shelves so that the rightful customer can get it. I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation to some degree.

I eat here a lot! But today! For over $13.00 this is what I got! No I did not touch it! The cheese is usually across the top and the fries are full! These girls in the drive thru are mean mugging and rude! Except the small new girl that was actually nice! I have talked to the manager about this before, apparently does no good! Same people are there.

Had the Asian salad which was delicious. I ate every bite.I was taken aback when I realized the cost had gone up 50%. 12.99 for a fast food salad was a little much. I'll have to think about going back.

It's way too expensive for dry chicken , always something missing, and portions are never consistent! I literally got 10 fries with my large meal! Charged for every single sauce as well. One plus is that sweet peach tea is on point!

Vegetarian options: Make sure you tell them multiple times to put the chicken and bacon on̈ the side if you get a salad!!!

Parking: Didn't see a team member over the age 17, including management...

Kid-friendliness: They will take a normal meal and throw a candy bar in it, then mark it up to $17!! Real friendly! Thanks Mr beast!

Last night my husband went through zaxbys on his way home with “dinner”. They completely made the order wrong (just without bacon) made it plain with just avacodo sauce. Which would have been alright however they seemed to use half of the bottle on the two tacos! Disgusting I couldn’t even eat there was so much sauce drenched on the taco!

The restaurant was very clean great customer service by Amber and Angela and the crew my chicken was on point good and juicy keep up the great job
