“My first thought upon entering was WOW, they had a fantastic selection of ice cream and also offered hot food. It was fun to see quarter machines and rides like in the old days. The older lady who assisted me provided amazing customer service! However, there were two younger ladies who were quite rude and need to improve their customer service skills. They stared at me while I was waiting in line (when no one else was in line). They didn’t offer to help or ask if I was ready. Nevertheless, I waited. The younger girl with the bold lashes could improve by informing customers of their total, so they know when to pay. After receiving my ice creams, I stood there ready to check out, not realizing she was ready for payment. Not a word was said. Aside from the poor customer service, they have an impressive variety of ice cream at reasonable prices. However, I will not be returning as a customer.“

“U walk in and immediately get greeted and then asked if you need any help and then after u wait for maybe two minutes, they ask u have they look and then you get asked if u need any utensils, napkins or a bag. Very pleased with the level of customer service I got when I visited this location“

“I would 100% recommend! The cookies are high in sugar but are overall probably some of the best tasting cookies I've had! Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside! I would definitely recommend the birthday cake/confetti cookie it's really good!“

“I really enjoy Andy's custard. I like the variety of concretes, and the seasonal items too. We have a favorite, the Snowmonster. Yum! We usually go to the N. Mall location, but sometimes we go to the one in Springdale near Sam's Club. Both places are worth it.
P.S. If your dog is with you, they'll ask you if you'd like a pup cup. Of course! 😇“

“Given the option for a special treat, my kids will pick Andy’s Custard 100 times out of 100 every time. No matter how many times we eat there, it’s the same great tasting custard each time. The Centerton location has been our new favorite location to hit up. The line moves quickly, and the workers are always so friendly. If you’ve never had Andy’s before, some of our favorites are the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer or a Cherry Cheesecake Concrete. I also enjoy sticking to the original vanilla cone as well. However, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.“

“Our door dash driver royally messed up our cookie delivery, bringing us an unsealed box of partially eaten cookies. I’m giving 5 Stars because the store made it right! They gave us a refund AND delivered a fresh box of cookies. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Shoutout to Josh for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you for turning a bad experience into a great one.“

We go out of our way to go to this snow cone shack but we showed up a couple times and they were closed during open season with no notice, explanation or sign on the window. Now when we want one, we’re not sure if we should drive to it, very unfortunate.“
