“This location should be one of the top locations at Northwest Arkansas. The reason I say this is their breakfast firsthand is always amazing. The hashbrowns are golden brown. They’re never full of oil. The customer service in the morning is phenomenal all smiles, positive attitudes. I’ve been here for dinner more than once and the food is always great and the customer service is always great! I will say breakfast by far is my favorite at this location just because of the people in the morning. Especially this morning… I do not know his name, but he had a sleeveless shirt on, and he was upbeat and fast and so personable and that right there just gives y’all an A+

“I am very astonished the customer service of this Panera in Springdale. The servers were very friendly, frequently checking in on customers for any needs, accommodating to all needs. The food was also very elevated compared to any other Panera I have been to. I will return to delight in this superb venue once again!“

“Ordered lasagna, when it was served it was burnt on the side and bottom. Showed it to manager and he asked if it was burned to much. What a sorry way to react, I was served with another plate.“

He checked in at the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. “I am single and I just spent $50 there and I couldn't wait to get Home.I didn't know what I was going to eat first.Everything was so delicious.I got the coconut soup, some Chicken Fried rice, Another dish with rice noodles that was fantastic and fresh spring rolls.I highly recommend this place granted, There are a lot of college students nearby, since it's right By the college hello, The place was nice and clean. That was enough for me. Oh, and mango sticky rice!! Yummy 😋“

“On my first few visits, I had some concerns mainly regarding the lack of interaction with staff. At first, this seemed rude and uncaring. It's a highly automated process. But I traded a few emails with the owner (Jason, if I remembered correctly) and he took time to explain the concept of this particular store.

When I understood how the lack of significant human interaction led to better efficiency, I had my mind changed completely about this store.

We order from this store 2-3 times a week, and the food is always freshly made, hot, and quick. When I understood the lack of much of the expected human interaction with the staff, I now love this model.

Kudos to the owner for creating such a trendy, efficient restuarant with the consistently delicious Panera menu.“
