I was doordashing and it was 11:45 pm when I pulled through the drive through. Tell me why the MANAGER told us they couldn’t make any of the order. I would maybe understand the frosty, but not actual food not being made... if you wanna be lazy, don’t be a manager at a food chain restaurant and don’t be closing shift. Dunno what's happened to this Wendy's but they have been exceptionally slow the last few times I've come. Nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive through of maybe 5 other cars. Food is okay. Fries have been limp and the cheese isn't even slightly melted on my burgers. I don't do fast food often, but I guess I'm going to do it even less now.
The staff always seem frustrated, tired, or angry. The restaurant also doesn't seem to be very clean and the staff don't wash their hands between handling money and items that come in contact with food.
