“Multiple times of horrible service. Both take out and delivery. We ordered thru door dash and got a "Family Feast" 16 piece tender meal that came with 2 sides. The 2 sides were individual sides and not a large or family side. Really!!! No biscuits either. In this day of time this was just completely uncalled for and just lack of customer service. “They are very good people. My sister has worked here for so many years. My sister does a lot when she is packing the food into the boxes and everything else. They work with my sister when she has to take time off for my mom who has been in a nursing home and trying to go to appointments with her and dealing with my moms stuff. I even let her use my truck all the time while I was on the road. I appreciate everything my sister has done for my mom and handling everything she has to since our mom has been in the nursing home for a very long time. I asked my sister a year or more ago if she would like to have my truck and she said yes. So just over a week ago after I got it paid off I signed the title over to my truck to my sister. She well deserved it so much for what she does for our mother. So I just wanted to say thank you Chicken Express for everything you have done for my sister Laura Ellis. You all are awesome“

“If you can get past the rough area the food is certainly worth it. But it's definitely a place while you're waiting for your food. Lock your doors.
I got the chicken lo mein and the chicken fried rice and both of them were great. Plus the drive-thru service the lady was really nice.“
