Multiple times of horrible service. Both take out and delivery. We ordered thru door dash and got a "Family Feast" 16 piece tender meal that came with 2 sides. The 2 sides were individual sides and not a large or family side. Really!!! No biscuits either. In this day of time this was just completely uncalled for and just lack of customer service. Just horrible.
Food be freshly cooked, but the location customer service don’t put hot sauce or honey packets, even the spicy dry rub season packets, sometimes the pepper with the meal I be confused what come with the meal. Then sometimes missed items I enjoy the 3 piece meal with large okra.! So yea the dry rub lemon pepper favor really good to me.

Church's Texas Chicken is a great place with friendly employees who have a positive attitude. The food is enjoyable, with the chicken being a highlight. The chicken strips were really good and the corn was actually good. Very warm, friendly staff provide good service, though there can be long wait times and orders may be waiting without acknowledgment. The chicken is hot but a little greasy. It is a go-to for many, though the restaurant is not really for dietary restrictions. The recently remodeled restaurant maintains a clean environment and has enough parking spaces.
