I am visiting from Little Rock and will be moving here in February. My daughter that is already here ordered dinner for us at Joe’s last night. We had a specialty pizza with meats and a pepperoni pizza. Oh my goodness it was delicious!!! I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my 52 years and Joe’s is the best. I can’t wait to move down here. Joes will be our go to for Italian food. Delicious and great price.
I like New Haven style pizza. Thin, light, and crispy with a charred crust. This pizza is just that. It’s the closest to New Haven style you’ll get to it within 100 miles. It’s hands down the best pizza in Texarkana!
The specialty pizza and stuffed mushrooms were fantastic today. Thank you for coming back to downtown !

Joe's Italian Bistro is a local favorite in downtown Texarkana, known as a special place with great staff and food. The menu offers a lot of good choices, including amazing pizza, with favorites like a specialty meat pizza, pepperoni pizza, lasagna pizza, and normal white pizza. Other delicious dishes include the chicken parmigiana lunch special, penne arabiata, pasta dishes, Philly cheesesteak, calzone, and phenomenal Italian nachos. Meals come with great garlic rolls or fresh buttered bread. The tomato house sauce in the salad is very unique and tasty.
The service is outstanding and the staff is great, kind, gracious, nice, and attentive. The ambiance is nice, featuring live music on the weekends with an outdoor area. The prices are great and perfect, with reasonable portions and very reasonable wait times. It is a delicious spot with outstanding service, perfect for dinner, and customers report they will definitely be back, look forward to trying more items, and plan for it to be their regular and go-to Italian restaurant.
