I order ahead at 6:23pm so it can be done in time for me to pick it up. Get there at the appropriate pick up time and waited for almost an hour and a half and finally got my order at 7:45. The food is amazing the wait time is outrageous.

I seriously hope this was a one off. We’ve had Reiki several times before and were satisfied with the rolls we ordered to the extent that it was getting to be a new years tradition. Unfortunately this go round we called ahead 4 rolls and crab rangoon Philadelphia, Memphis, transformer, and city hall. Was told 10-15 minutes, waited and left to get there about 15 minutes later. Paid and was told one minute, ok, 30 minutes later when there began to be a line behind me we received our order. Now for the disappointing part: yum yum was watered down not normal viscosity, crab rangoon was well… small, and they added a spicy mayo to memphis and soy to city hall, neither requested or described on menu (wife has an aversion to spicy food). We may not be going back after this I’m sorry to say.
I also just realized that they added a 15% tip to my order. Not happy

I have attempted to try this restaurant three times in the last two weeks. Each time that I go there it’s always closed, but the open signs are on.

2nd time around ..tried the Shrimp Pad Tai. The sauce taste was better than any Pad Tai that I've tried in the past. Sweet n Spicy. Shrimp were cooked perfectly. My son ordered his usual Reichi Special. Cran Rangoon was very tasty. I loved that they weren't fried toooo crispy. Very good all the way around.

I got the Caddo Valley Deep fried roll! It was fresh, flavorful, no fishy taste, and I couldn’t taste the avocado at all. (I was worried about tasting the avocado, not sure if it would mix well w the flavors). I assume the owner took my order? Super nice man! I enjoyed my experience 5/5 & I will return.
