Wife ordered 3 hotdogs on app. Picked up and brought home. When we bit into them the hotdog was like a rubber hose and extremely burned / leathery on outside. we both drove back to get either a refund or new meal with fresh dogs. Manager told hop that they could not refund but could give us three more. We said that is fine as long as they are fresh and not the same batch that had obviously been on heat for hours. 9-4-2022. Burgers were swimming in Mustard. Everything we ordered was cold. Not ONE hot item out of 2 burgers, tater tots, fries and onion rings. Mustard so strong I had to pull the bun off. Found a small black hair in my fries. New Sonic needs to get their stuff together.......this costed 25 bucks!!
Sorry to say I had such high hopes for the return of our local Sonic but my double cheeseburger was almost burned beyond recognition wilted lettuce Tomatoes just soggy the pickles were okay ordered chili cheese fry and the carton that it came in what normally holds a whole hot dog was less than a quarter full of chili cheese and French fries sadly disappointed will never order food from there again
