easy and fast. recommend going inside though. the drive thru microphone on their end is terrible. hard to understand anything they're saying.
It's usually very slow getting your food. Since covid, it has slowed down to about 6-7 minutes per order every time. The chicken tastes fake & when asked for extra pks of pecans, that I offer to pay for, it's as if I've asked for their paycheck.
