We enjoy dining at Ignite. We have tried the Filet, Lobster Tail, Sea Bass, Halibut and Chicken Scallopini for main courses and all have been outstanding. The salads and vegetable sides are also very good. The last couple times we dined at Ignite; we had the pleasure of having Le Shante as our server and she is outstanding!
To get there about 10:15 pm and there closing at 11:00 pm and for everything to come out fresh was amazing I had a 22oz steak it was seasoned well and cooked just the way I like it medium well mashed potatoes looked plain but had plenty of flavor also had the creamy spinach which had just a little too much salt it was still good will be going back best steak I have had in the Memphis area in a while came out right the first time 😊
I was very pleased with my experience at Ignite Steakhouse inside the southland casino. The food was wonderful. The drinks were delicious and the service was impeccable. Our server was Alyse and she is top notch all the way! I had the short ribs and they were wonderfully cooked, the vegetables were mashed potatoes with pickled onion and fresh carrots. It was a winning combination. My dining companion had a small fillet and a baked potato. His was also excellent! I would not hesitate...
