The mobile app let me order. The staff did not know how to get the refund through the app. Talk at me guy behind the counter, kept staring at me. The manager walked up, didn’t even acknowledge me. Her hat was turned around sideways, had to order and pointed at me as she was talking to me like I was a little kid the most unprofessional place I have ever been. There’s always problems at this location. Y’all need to look at shutting it down
People working there are slow and clearly don’t want to be there because they care more about having other conversations than checking to make sure the ice in the drink machine has ice or having napkins and ketchup out on the bar because they seem to be inconvenienced when you have to ask them for stuff
We LOVE the 50 cent frostys. It's a WONDERFUL opportunity for us senior citizens to enjoy this WONDERFUL treat..���
