The service was horrendous! The lady at the drive-through had a horrible attitude! We tried to order a sweet tea and they were out, we tried to order an iced coffee and they were out, we tried to order a strawberry shake, and their ice cream machine was down. My son and husband ordered a burger and McChicken and both sauces we asked for she literally had to ask another lady if they had any or if they were out.
The food we got was wrong. We typically check our orders before leaving the drive thru, but in this case, we didn't because we were in a hurry. We asked for a iced coffee, instead we got a hot coffee in a cup with no ice. They also left out our Coke. I mean not much more to expect from a McDonald's. But when it hits, it hits, when it doesn't, its terrible!

I placed my order through the kiosk as you normally would, since no ever mans the front counter any more. Once i completed the order a code flashed across the screen for a moment. However, i didn't read it because the kiosk usually prints out a ticket with my order so i can pay at the counter. It didnt print out anything and when i mentioned it to the person i had to flag down from the kitchen area. She told me that they dont put printer paper in the machine anymore.
