The service was terrible. They gave me the wrong drink. They were slow
No sodas soft drink machines were not working food was bland service was lacking set in the Drive-Thru line forever
Food is never fresh when we order anything, especially fries. I have had to take multiple orders back inside to be corrected. Took my son and a friend before an end of school year concert and waited 25 minutes after placing the order for our food and still had to go back to the counter because they left out his friends part of the order. McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While the service was generally good, with the staff working hard to handle the busy day, some found the order accuracy lacking, with items missing or not prepared as requested. Customers have expressed frustration over getting an iced coffee with just cream and sugar. However, many appreciate the clean environment and fresh food. The employees are noted to be fast, courteous, and respectful, following good hygiene practices. One customer mentioned a positive experience at the drive-thru, where staff were kind to their dog, treating him to a “pup cup.” Despite some criticisms, including that the food can be seen as subpar, the restaurant remains a popular choice for quick and cheap meals. It is also wheelchair accessible, though the location can be quite busy and may create traffic issues. Overall, customers continue to visit, hoping for a better experience next time.
