Their bilingual servers are incredibly respectful and kind, and we’ve consistently been served our meals within 5 minutes of placing our orders. I’ve personally spoken to the owner who also, himself, inspires his “team” by demonstrating his dedication as he also performs everything from taking orders, serving, and tending the checkout counter…and I am sure he also even prepares meals and washes dishes. The owner operator of El Parian is a shining example of the opportunities America offers to those who are willing to relocate to America, work hard, and achieve success. A worker jumped at the chance to make me fresh tofu. She was very sweet and professional. You can tell they had a fast paced night but we were greeted with 100% energy and kindness.
