“I've been coming to The Nosh since 2019 and they've always had some of the best bagels in Phoenix and Maricopa county. They have a large variety of bagels and have expanded their flavors over the years. Their burritos are well balanced with all ingredients in every bite. The bagel sandwiches are amazing. However, they have some inconsistent days. I used to get their pancake meal but every other time that I ordered it the pancake would taste different. Sometimes it's too much baking soda (or salt?), sometimes it's undercooked, and sometimes it's perfect. I've sent back pancakes 2-3 times due to it being undercooked and they do fix the issue. I've come during different times in the day and each timeslots has inconsistencies so it is not that. My favorite thing to order is the Nosh Veggie which I highly recommend if you like vegetables. Even though I love the Nosh Veggie sandwich I still encounter inconsistencies with that sandwich too. Sometimes it has more sprouts than other time or sometimes it has more onions that other times. Consistency would be nice... Aside from that, the place usually has tables available inside or outside. Their cream cheese is usually consistent and is better than what other bagel shops offer. They also have day old bagels that you can purchase for a discount. Great little spot but can use more consistency.“
