“I had an issue with an online bagel order for our company, that was still showing as “pending” even though the payment had already been processed. I reached out to the store and Matthew, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
He took the time to make sure our order would be ready for pickup regardless of the online order status and personally made sure the team was aware of the situation. I also confirmed with our accounting team that the order charge had gone through successfully, and emailed his team a screenshot for verification.
I really appreciate Matthew’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. Online ordering issues can be frustrating, but he made sure everything was taken care of and gave me peace of mind.

“Awesome staff. Always super friendly!! For breakfast, we get the bagels and cream cheese. Bagels are huge. The biggest I've ever seen. And for lunch, we get the sandwiches, usually trying different ones, although one member of our family really likes the hot pastrami with a side of potato salad and a pickle.“

The manager Danielle is outstanding. The restaurant is always clean. Try this place out you won’t be disappointed.“

“The bagels are outstanding and what they do with them is even better. The food is great but if you get a certain staff to help you you are lost. Ordered four specific dozen of bagels. They did not supply what was ordered. Four different cream cheese spreads...tried to deliver all plain. Argued with me about most things and then delivered cream cheese that was out of date two days before. Molding two days after I got it. I will go back but will see what I am getting before I leave and leave if she is the one waiting on me!“

Purchased the 19 bagels and 3 tubs of cream cheese for $37.00. All bagels and cream cheese are made from scratch in house. The boys were very happy and enjoyed every flavor. My fav was the roasted jalepeno cheddar cream cheese on a jalepeno bagel. Delish and well worth the extra time on the treadmill 😁
