Our server, Edyta, was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service, attention, and warm demeanor made this the best experience we’ve had here so far. She truly elevated the entire visit. “We stayed in Cottonwood last month while visiting from Seattle. We stopped in on when we want something other than hotel coffee. So glad we did! The Neighborhood Coffee Shop became our morning stop. It’s such a cute shop, with great coffee and even greater service. Everyone was so kind and made us feel like family. We will definitely go back, if we ever find ourselves in Cottonwood again.”

“Had a great experience at the Cottonwood Denny's. We had a bad cut of meat in 2nof our steaks (tough), however Nathan our waiter took them back and brought us new steaks that were perfect. Nathan is a great waiter and always has a smile and very profession and courteous. Thanks again Nathan!”

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.”

“Was not very busy and the employees were cleaning when I came in. Had a milkshake and everyone was friendly and my milkshake was very good. Had a good selection on donuts and accessories avaliable. Used the bathroom while I was waiting and it was clean and stocked. I will be back again for the spooky treats with my daughter.”

“Both my husband and I love ralbertos, we eat here up to three times a week. However the night girl that takes the orders is down right rude, gives dirty looks to customers. Doesn’t listen, she messes up our order on more often than not. I make my husband order because of how rude she is, after tonights mess up yet another one again is why I’m writing this review. Other than her the place is great and we always recommend it to our friends. Hopefully something will be done with her.”
