“In my opinion, the food was really good. The place was a bit crowded, so it took a little while to get my order, but I have to say I really appreciate the great service we received from the cashier. Despite how busy it was, she treated us politely and kindly and was very attentive. She took the time to explain each item on the menu to make sure we were happy with our choice. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was my first time visiting a restaurant in Douglas, and it left me with a very good impression. I hope to come back soon 😁“

“This fine establishment brings me back to my childhood, amazing burritos, the cheeseburgers are extremely deliciously cooked with charcoal!!! I would eat here 7 days a week twice a day, the salsa is mentally stimulating, I mean so good with their french fries and get the special sauce!!! You will be a happy camper and feel like you found what you were prospecting for- GOLD!!!“

“Anyone who doesn't like the food in this restaurant has no appreciation for good Mexican food. Everything is always excellent especially their taco salad with chicken which ranks best of any I have had in all the Mexican restaurants I have visited throughout the country. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated in a very old, historic building. The city of Douglas is fortunate to have this wonderful restaurant for the locals and visitors and I hope it will continue to thrive.“

“Great food, nice staff, homey atmosphere and clean as a whistle! My husband ordered their ceviche which was full of fish and shrimp and was very flavorful. I ordered a platter which was a torta of fish, shrimp, bacon, tomatoes, cheese and a mild chili pepper. It's a 12 inch sandwich that comes with a side of fries, so half the sandwich and a couple of fries were enough for me. The flavors were fantastic. We would highly recommend this place!“

“Best large shrimp burrito I have ever had. The gentlemen was a delight. He helped me custom make my burrito ( shrimp rancho style, cabbage, pico, spainsh rice and mayo) and paired with lime and jamaica drink. Thank you.
