“Kazu Ramen in Gilbert, AZ was absolutely phenomenal. Vina was our waitress, and she was so pleasant and helpful with the menu. We had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Hendra, and he’s got something special going with this restaurant. Stop by, say hi, and eat away! I ate the kazu ramen, and Janelle ate the katsu-men. Delicious stuff! We’ll be back.“

“I’ve been coming here for years—always consistent. This place is quality and you can tell the owners care. I’ve tried almost everything but tend to just order a bunch of bento boxes to go. Best place for this type of food that I can think of anywhere. Highly recommend.“

We’ve been in twice to celebrate birthdays (both my sons eat here at least 2-4 times a month) and even though they don’t take reservations on Saturday nights, they are always willing and helpful to accommodate our 9-12 person party. “This is one of my favorite places in the world! Top 3 by far. This visit was the first time I had dinner there in person. Every other time, I ordered takeout.

I can, without a doubt, say that their Ramen and Rolls are the best in the Entire Phoenix-Metro area. It is a perfect 10 in my eyes. It is as close to what I have had in Osaka Japan, and you can't get any closer than that.

Please visit this place and show them some love.

“Really enjoyed dinner here, and it was nice sitting on the patio. They had a happy hour menu that extended to the end of their hours so that was nice. The food and service was great, with the ramen really the highlight. But they did have a really nice selection of rolls of which many were available on the happy hour menu.“

“I’ve been here a few times. This time I came for lunch since the kids are free for Chinese new years. It was great. They got to try a bunch of things and get ice cream at the end of the meal. I’ve been here with a bigger group and had the same experience - try lots of things. I think it’s good value for the experience. I like Crazy Tuna and feel the quality is better but Pakusan is much closer and I have no complains. The beef tips are always a hit!“

“Katsu was so crispy and soft — lived up to its name!! The cold soba was also such a nice complement to the katsu on a warm day. They’re generous with their portions but we ended up finishing it anyways because of the addictive flavor. Will be our go-to when we go to Hmart!“

“My husband and I have been coming back to this ramen place multiple times, the truffle ramen is our favorite, we have been wanting to try their other food but whenever we go we cannot not order the truffle ramen lol! The pork bun, california roll and karaage chicken is also really good! They also just changed their system into ordering through a kiosk and we can noticeably tell the service has been faster including serving the food!“
