“Best dairy Queen on plant Earth. There employees work so hard and deliver the best frozen treats to tons of customers (they are 100 feet from a park with 5 ball fields and I mean....holy cow!) So game night are huge. But on non game nights they still have the street wrapped with cars that just love the DQ. But seriously a tv should happen. Long live Dairy Queen.“
“Wednesday night (1/22/26) I went at like 1145 at night. I had a craving for a blizzard. The young man that was At the window was polite, kind, helpful & had WONDERFUL customer service. He wasn’t annoyed at all that they were closing in 15 minutes and I was just ordering.

“Hannah was so helpful. I was in a sling and she made sure she packed my order so I wouldn't have trouble taking it home! I didn't have a way to leave her a tip, she said your smile is tip enough! ? Hannah's cheerful disposition was truly refreshing! So, if you're near Ina and Oldfather, please stop by at her Dairy Queen and give her a nice tip! Tell her Sylvia sent you! ?

“I truly love Dairy Queen. The place by Tanque Verde and bear canyon is truly a busy spot and they always have my favorite 😍 ice cream 🍦. I always get the scoops with chocolate 🍫 and pineapple 🍍 on top. Great 👍 people and always very happy 😃 to see their customers. I surely will miss it in Tucson. If I am in town again, I will definitely be back there again. I am just glad that Dairy Queen is here to stay. 😊“
“i’ll be honest I went to this place thinking that it was just a local ice cream. It was a fast I’ll be honest. I thought it was a fast food ice cream shop and I thought I wasn’t gonna get the best service but then when I reached there probably the two best servers I’ve ever had in my life they made me feel respected. They made me feel entitled they made me feel like I was a king. You know they didn’t just treat me like like people they treated me like like royalty like family and I got to say I love that and it was a busy night and they still managed to make me feel like I was. I was part of the Dairy Queen family like I was a royalty. Despite there being many people in line that night probably I’d say close to 50. They still got my order out in a in a third fashion and it was good and that was just it was a great night. I really enjoyed my ice cream move it was done perfectly and I must say and I just I have to give them five stars.“
“I recently shared a review about a DQ in Kearney Missouri where a $4 vanilla cone was the size of a kid's cone. I stopped at the DQ here on Prince Road in Tucson and ordered a medium vanilla cone. It was almost the same price as the one I ordered in Kearney MO DQ... a while back... about $4. I WAS AMAZED with the generous amount of ice cream! Thank you. The staff was friendly and fast. Thanks again for a nice sized ice cream cone.“
“The ice cream and service is great at this location! The parking situation is not. It gets super busy so sometimes the drive through takes 10+ minutes and it backs up into the street. Also, if you park and the drive through backs up, you can't get out.“

“I went the night of March 3rd, and the line was pretty long, but the line went by super fast, and it was just teens working and I got the best customer service I’ve ever had, them kids had the line moving hella fast and right when I got to the window all my ice creams were already being handed to me, give them teens a raise for real ?????“

“Just like you remember. I hadn't been to a DQ in years, but they had all my favs, and they tasted just as good as I remembered. The place isn't fancy (nor should it be), but it was bright and clean, and the service was good. There was plenty of seating. All of us enjoyed our ice cream and Blizzards. I was pleased to know that they still have ice cream cakes available for birthdays.“
“A young gentleman named Jorge helped me with my order. I was fairly new to these types of restaurants and he recommended I buy 6 7 different types of blizzards. Amazing customer service. I went for the Dubai chocolate blizzard, but unfortunately was disappointed to find out it wasn’t on the menu.“
“Needed ice cream for my kid that was in the hospital. Ended up leaving with lots of ice cream for the kid and nursing staff! The lady at the drive-thru was excellent and I even got the cupcake cup which is just like a slice of their yummy ice cream cake in a cup!“
