Dunkin' Donuts in Tucson

“I decided to give Dunkin’ Donuts on W River Rd a try after seeing one of their store managers, Claudia, posting Valentine’s Day products and specials on social media. The heart-shaped donuts and Valentine’s items looked amazing, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to pick something up for my girlfriend and surprise her at work.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and the service was great from the start. Claudia was working the front, and I showed her the social media post that caught my attention—specifically the heart-shaped donuts. I also asked for her recommendations to add to my order. She told me you can never go wrong with chocolate-covered donuts and mentioned she’s also a big fan of the munchkins, so I ordered both along with a coffee.

I got an iced caramel coffee with cold foam and two shots of cream, and it was made perfectly. From ordering to getting everything ready, it took no more than five minutes, which was impressive. Before I left, Claudia double-checked to make sure my order was correct and that the coffee tasted exactly how I wanted it.

Everything was amazing, and I let her know my girlfriend was going to love the heart-shaped donuts. The pricing was great compared to other places, and the overall experience—from service to quality—was excellent.

I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone in the area. I’ll definitely be back, and next time I plan on picking up some of their merchandise, especially the Valentine’s Day and Dunkin’ cups.“

“I like Dunkin Doughnuts coffee a lot more than I thought that I would. I'm from Califormia, land of Starbucks. I at least enjoy their cold brew coffee the same! And pastries too? It's perfect for breakfast or a mid-day pick me up.“

“Dunkin Donuts are not the same. They don't put hardly any filling in the donuts anymore. Especially for the price they charge for a dozen donuts. They were much better years ago. It's to bad. I dont think I'll be going back there anytime soon.“

“Ever since they removed some favorites from the menu I have gone to DD less and less. Overall my only 2 complaints were the lack of donut options and some of the staff were dressed unprofessionally. Yeah it's just a donut shop, but it presents itself as a nice place to get a treat so I expect more.“

If you want to impress and feed your friends or crew, order a dozen or two of the best donuts in town with a flask of delicious coffee.“

“Ordered a mobile order at 4:20am. Arrived at the drive through a little after the scheduled time. The side mobile lane is to pass anyone ordering at the speaker. So pay attention and either pass/merge over or wait in the line if it's crowded. The window lady was very nice and had the entire order ready. The order was a couple asst. dozen, coffee box, and one matcha. Everything was ready and just as I ordered. 5 stars. 10/10. Good. Chill. If workers are quiet/shy then be respectful, it's early and it's food service.“

“I wanted to tell the server that we don't have any donut shops where we live and that this was a rare treat for our kids back at home as her attitude made sure we rushed because she had something to get back to. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel appreciated but, I wasn't feeling any of that. There was only a few different doughnuts available when we went (I would say less than 10). So, it was just ok.“

“One of the best places to go when your having a donut ? or chocolate long fix. Bought some yummy donut holes and they also had pumpkin ? donut holes which were very good!
A little on the pricey side but it certainly took care of fix! ?“

“You know one of the busiest days of the year for them and they are handling it absolutely fabulous. I went in there this morning to grab me a cup of coffee and everybody was super duper kind pleasant easy to chat with although they were super duper busy and rushing around they were still very pleasant“
