Eating in, Ordered 3 drinks, 3 sandwiches and a dozen donuts. This takes 25 minutes. One drink I specifically order with no whipped cream, it even says it on the label, yet is brought to me with whipped cream. This is fixed, but still puzzling. I had to remind one of the employees to give me a sandwich in my order as well before my departure. Maybe i came at a bad time, but the attitude in this store was very dull. Definitely my last choice.
Food comes out cold/warm. People are usually friendly. I normally spend an average of $75 A WEEK here. But recently I’ve had problems with my drinks including when I order iced and ask for no ice they say I have to get ice. That I can’t get no ice. I get drinks for throughout my day and they are ruined with ice. So now I don’t want to spend money there if they can’t NOT put ice in it.

They barely get a 2 star because the ice cream is amazing but the service is horrible. We came in at 8:15 and the lady that served us started of by telling the 4 of us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody had even asked for a sample yet. Then as we were ordering she said oh yeah the lobby closes in 10 minutes.
