I'm an Uber driver. This comes up because I drove some drunk people through the drive-thru. They were obnoxious as can be and the guy at the window kept us cool really well. I was laughing the whole time because I found the whole interaction to be super entertaining, but that's just me. They're racking up a waiting fee that I'm thrilled to accept. When I walk in and see Jessica's face I know everything is going to be exactly how we need it to be... The way she manages her team is different from a lot of the other locations I've been to. Everybody looks happy and like they want to be here, especially JOSE and Jessica.
