Originally asked for two large hot pumpkin spice coffees with almond milk and two sugars, they didn’t have pumpkin spice anymore so I got hazelnut instead. Girl repeated back my order and when I got to the window she tried handing me two iced coffees. Let her know I ordered the two hot coffees (maybe the people behind me ordered iced and they got mixed up ??♀️). Anyways, my coffees had no hazelnut or sugars in them so, no thanks.

I tried to call the store to check menu availability since online searches provided no help and I don’t want to waste gas just to see they don’t have what I wanted. It was ringing the first time, but after that it’s like they turned the phone off. You could get fired for doing that to a customer at my job, I guess Dunkin’ Donuts don’t care ? whatever, this has happened twice at different locations. I GIVE UP ?

They barely get a 2 star because the ice cream is amazing but the service is horrible. We came in at 8:15 and the lady that served us started of by telling the 4 of us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody had even asked for a sample yet. Then as we were ordering she said oh yeah the lobby closes in 10 minutes. On top of that there was a guy in the parking lot with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes this was after the fact that I tried to ask him where to park so this didn't happen. I don't think he spoke English but if he did he didn't care.
