Don't get me wrong I've never had a terrible experience here but definitely not a great one either. Of the 5 times I've ordered food from this location there has been something wrong every time. From forgetting part of my order to giving me the wrong sandwich to even waiting 25 min for a sandwich when I'm one of two people in the store. I don't want to put them down or make them feel bad and I definitely don't believe they deserve a one star review....

Firehouse surprised me and has the best brisket in Anthem. This location is clean and well run. Jake is typically running the location when I visit and I appreciate his attention to detail with his team on my requests for Brisket. Firehouse Subs and Charleys Cheesesteaks are phenomenal and only QSR I recommend in

After a long stressful day of traveling from DC to Phoenix, we were in need of a quick but tasty meal to get us the rest of the way to Sedona. Not being familiar w/ places closing early out here we saw Firehouse was still open. Walking in the manager greeted us, but also apologized as their POS system was down much to our dismay. The manager seeing how crest fallen we were asked if we had cash, which thankfully we did, and he hand wrote out our order to put into the POS when it...
