Very disappointing experience at your Ramallah branch.
This is not the first time this happens. I’ve visited multiple times — at night and during the day — and every single time I’m told that smashed potato is “not available.” No proper explanation, no effort to solve the issue, nothing.
What’s even worse is hearing staff openly say they are trying to “reduce cost” by not serving certain items. If this is true, then this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers are paying full price and expect the full menu — not selective availability based on internal cost-cutting decisions.
This is not how a global brand like KFC should operate. It feels like this branch is being managed with zero accountability and no respect for customers.
If this continues, I will make sure to share this experience more widely and warn others about the inconsistency and poor service here.
