Very disappointing experience at your Ramallah branch.
This is not the first time this happens. I’ve visited multiple times — at night and during the day — and every single time I’m told that smashed potato is “not available.” No proper explanation, no effort to solve the issue, nothing.
What’s even worse is hearing staff openly say they are trying to “reduce cost” by not serving certain items. If this is true, then this is extremely unprofessional...read full review
Food is great, it’s the employees that are horrible. They are rude to everyone
Well, let's see mashed potatoes and gravy. You could eat it with a straw. It was that runny, the cosa it was hot. Instead of cold. There was no breast in any of the buckets.
Just bad.
I do not recommend this to anybody.
