Very disappointing experience at your Ramallah branch.
This is not the first time this happens. I’ve visited multiple times — at night and during the day — and every single time I’m told that smashed potato is “not available.” No proper explanation, no effort to solve the issue, nothing.
What’s even worse is hearing staff openly say they are trying to “reduce cost” by not serving certain items. If this is true, then this is extremely unprofessional...
The cashier provided exceptional service today, which significantly enhanced my experience despite the extended wait time. It appears the team is efficiently managing operations, potentially with a short staff at this new location.
I had to take the time to thank Adrian and Sarah for a great meal on the road. I was watching Adrian make our boxes and I can only wish she'd be the one to train everyone in the industry.
