UGH! I love Black Rock Coffee. It’s my safe coffee spot where they have a good amount of locations and can always rely on them to make my drink the way I want it. It was my first time at this location and gagged when I saw a long piece of hair in my coffee. I get it, stuff happens; but definitely didn’t want to start my day like that. It’s sad to admit, I’m having more negative interactions at Black Rock recently and might need to stop going...

I used to come here all the time employees always seemed happy, and now whoever is running it has made employees mad they say how they dont like there job, they are rude. I got the wrong drink a couple of times and took it back they it was like a problem for them. Bring back the other management team.

I'm not a coffee snob but I love a really good coffee. I used to think Starbucks served the best quality, but after my first time at Black Rock, I was convinced that they make the best espresso hands down. The drinks are all amazing and the staff are all upbeat, friendly, and on point. Been coming here for like 4 years now religiously and I will never go to another place if there's a Black Rock near by. I just can't say enough how much I love this place!
