UGH! I love Black Rock Coffee. It’s my safe coffee spot where they have a good amount of locations and can always rely on them to make my drink the way I want it. It was my first time at this location and gagged when I saw a long piece of hair in my coffee. I get it, stuff happens; but definitely didn’t want to start my day like that. I used to come here all the time employees always seemed happy, and now whoever is running it has made employees mad they say how they dont like there job, they are rude. I got the wrong drink a couple of times and took it back they it was like a problem for them. Bring back the other management team.
I had a bad review but now they are open until 9pm AND made a great drink! Will come back again.
