It’s Coldstone. It’s great. They are now doing Shave Ice; however, this is not shave ice. This is barely a snow cone with the option to plop a scoop of ice cream in it. It’s good. But don’t try and do Shave Ice if you don’t know what authentic Shave Ice is or should be. Also their bathrooms look like they belong in the backrooms.

My visit was exceptional at this cold stone establishment cold stone customer service and customer service is something I’m big on and your employees are on point with it specially Alex wonderful person and very altruistic

I had not been, in years. I showed up and there was a long line. Yet the team working was fast and efficient. Once it was my turn I was not sure what I wanted and Jared made a recommendation which I accepted. Jared's creation was delicious! It was the best ice cream creation I had ever eaten. I will definitely be back soon!
