The food here is always delicious but the orders are constantly made wrong, which is extremely frustrating because I travel a long distance to pick up my order and don't want to wait even longer to have everything remade. Don't know what the problem is but really needs to be corrected! Also this has happened every single time I've ordered from them and not once have we received an apology or even a discount for their mistake which is pretty poor customer service...

The pizza is good, the workers are nice but why lie online and say my pizza is done when it’s not. Then make me wait 45+ minutes for some pizza that should be already done. Such a huge waste of time for what? Honestly just say the damn pizza isn’t done next time so I can pull up when it actually is done and not waste any time
