again i waste another hour of my life traveling down to tge store for them to be out of something. happens all the time they send me coupons i go to redeem and they are out of boba usually but its the whole thai base for me. bobas asre great when you can get them cant believe they get excellence awards on their wall. and i called ahead before i went. thank again for wasting my time
Got two honeydew boba drinks today, and as my daughter was drinking hers she sucked shard of glass up from the drink, we went back to let them know, ended up on the phone with the owner, she refused to give a refund, zero apology and accused us of putting the glass in the drink ourselves! After getting home we dumped the drink into a strainer and found multiple pieces of glass!!!
