Haven’t came here in a long time. Ordered 6 original glazed and I picked out the other 6. I didn’t even bother checking in the box before I left. Got home and there was no original glazed.. :(. Thank you
No strawberry donuts. Main concern would be the lack of excitement at this location. Cashier didnt seem to want to be there, be happy to be at work, especially dealing face to face with customers. If you can't do that, then stay home for the the say. Attitude and a smile go a long way.
We live about 3nhours away and had looked forward to KK when we got into Phoenix. We ordered from the drive-thru and started eating about an hour later while traveling back home. It turned out we received the wrong doughnuts. I called and the manager said that they would replace them the next time we were in the area, which they did, with a smile. We have always gotten very friendly service here and the doughnuts are--well, what can I say? There's nothing on earth like Krispy...
