I’ve been following this place since they only had the food truck. Now that they’ve opened the restaurant, the food is still really good. They just need more help in the front and back because the wait was a little too long. Also, the table spacing has gotten pretty bad — everything feels too crowded now.

This place has the best ceviche hands down! Jorge has put together menu that can’t be beat everything is great! Food times may be a little wait but remember if it’s fast it’s not worth it!

Absolutely loved this place! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every dish was bursting with delicious, vibrant flavors. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We drove 35 minutes and it was definitely worth it. Definitely coming back!
