Upon expressing my decision not to participate in the optional donation to a charity campaign at the point of sale, I was subjected to an unsolicited and rather presumptive lecture by the server, Jasmine V., regarding the virtues of charitable giving. This was further compounded by her sharing personal contributions to the cause, a detail I found both irrelevant to our transaction and inappropriate for the professional setting. Such interactions not only deviate from the expected customer service etiquette but also impose undue pressure and discomfort on the customer. Compounding this already unsatisfactory service experience, I discovered post-departure that my order had been incorrectly fulfilled. This oversight necessitated an inconvenient return to the establishment, further detracting from the overall customer experience. In light of these events, it is with regret that I must caution potential patrons of Panda Express #1646. The service demonstrated during my visit indicates a concerning lack of professionalism and attention to customer service protocols, critical components of any reputable service-oriented business.

This location is unprofessional. I ordered my food to go and got no utensils or fortune cookies. Resulting in me and my family to wait to get to somewhere with utensils to enjoy our dinner. Very unprofessional and i am wondering if these workers are trained because who forgets utensils and fortune cookies ?!?

so we went through to drive through ordered a couple of combos got home and there was like two small pieces of beef broccoli they should rename it to broccoli and beef ridiculous.. they used to give you a decent amount now they just really don't

Hello Panda Express Executives:I am starting to feel like I am having a discriminatory service at this location.I placed my order at approximately 9:20 PM this evening and based on my experience at your location and your drive-thru: my food on a couple of occasions, has been cold, incomplete, or completely wrong to begin with. Kindly, ask for you to check your cameras and the verbiage from your manager (completely unprofessional on her end ) and myself, merely to address my concern with my order before I left.So before driving off I checked my order and noticed it looked like SLOP then I tasted it ...it and tasted COLD, so I addressed my concern with the manager and she then began to bring up my fat brother and asked me if I didn't like the service nor the food for us to go somewhere else. What is crazy is that she, the manager, admitted to me when I was in the drive-thru that she flipped my to-go order plate by mistake yet instead of using customer service to address my concern she started to make me feel like my money was worthless at your location, especially at a time when I'm coming home from a very hard days work and all I want is a hot meal!Your manager did not like it when I addressed her the sloppiness I received...that I paid with my hard-earned money. She then began to say other stuff that was not Customer Service like.Is this how Panda Express addresses food complaints::(This slop is not even what I paid for....

we had to wait just for food to be cooking and be on waitlist for our order and for other customers as well. this place always puts a lot of chow mein and very little of the two sides you choose.

Was a little disappointed. I ordered the Beijing beef and it was mostly red bell pepper. I ordered on the app. I think I'd do better going in to order. But I still like Panda Express. I eat there often.
I come here periodically, I just came through the drive thru and Veri was the one at the window, she was very rude and impatient. It was pretty disappointing and honestly makes me not want to come back, I'd rather drive another 5 mins to a different location.
